Please check this page each week day to find out what work has been set for your child's year group. Any questions should be directed to the year group team via email. Please email either email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org as appropriate.
Teachers will aim to check the above email inboxes each afternoon and will try to get back to you by the following day.
Please read the user guides below for Purple Mash (2Do) and IXL. We will update these as needed in response to parents' questions.
In addition to the activities below, wherever possible, please read to and with your child everyday.
- Playing with small world type toys, cars, dolls, action figures, lego etc, etc are all valid learning activities for young children. Please be creative and do whatever you can to ensure your child/ren have something to occupy themselves with for as much of the day as you can! I'm sure this will allow adults to better cope with the imposed home learning situation.

Literacy activities including a 30 minutes live stream phonics session. Teachers will inform you about what 30 minute slot is right for your child.
Set 1 sounds - 9:30-10:00 repeated at 12:30-1:00
Set 2 sounds - 10:00-10:30 repeated at 1:00-1:30
Set 3 sounds - 10:30-11:00 repeated at 1:30-2:00
Please note, these videos will stay online for 24 hours after the time slot, so you will be able to watch them after these times too.

Free Play/ Break.
Spend this time listening to some music, playing a game, doing some exercise, having a snack and a drink. These are all important parts of your day.

|Reading -Reading with books you have or e-books available at Oxford Owl. Please also listen to audio books if you have access to these or read short chapter books to your child.|
On our web links page there are also lots of web links to appropriate web sites to support your child's learning. The above timetable is just a guide to provide some structure for those who need it. Please make whatever adjustments re timings that you need to. We are aware that some children may take time to adjust to this way of learning. Please do not feel under any pressure to complete all the above everyday. If you need support with ways of encouraging your child to get involved with home learning please email your child's teacher.
