Year one

Please check this page each week day to find out what work has been set for your child's year group. Any questions should be directed to the year group team via email. Please email either,, or as appropriate.

Teachers will aim to check the above email inboxes each afternoon and will try to get back to you by the following day.

Please read the user guides below for Purple Mash (2Do) and IXL. We will update these as needed in response to parents' questions.

In addition to the activities below, wherever possible, please read to and with your child everyday.

  • Playing with small world type toys, cars, dolls, action figures, lego etc, etc are all valid learning activities for young children. Please be creative and do whatever you can to ensure your child/ren have something to occupy themselves with for as much of the day as you can! I'm sure this will allow adults to better cope with the imposed home learning situation.
