Reception

Please check this page each week to find out what work has been set for your child's year group. Any questions should be directed to the year group team via email. Please email either

wren@fieldplace.org.ukrobin@fieldplace.org.uk, or lark@fieldplace.org.uk

Teachers will aim to check the above email inboxes each afternoon and will try to get back to you by the following day.

Please read the user guides below for Purple Mash and IXL. We will update these as needed in response to parents' questions.

In addition to the activities below, wherever possible, please read to and with your child everyday.

Playing with small world type toys,e.g. cars, dolls, action figures, lego etc. are all valid learning activities for young children. Please be creative and do whatever you can to ensure your child/ren have something to occupy themselves with for as much of the day as you can! I'm sure this will allow adults to better cope with the imposed home learning situation.

We are aware that some children may take time to adjust to this way of learning. Please do not feel under any pressure to complete all the above everyday. If you need support with ways of encouraging your child to get involved with home learning please email your child's teacher.

On our web links page there are also lots of other links to appropriate web sites to support your child's learning.

*Live stream sessions are available from the times stated above for 24 hours.
