Parent/Teacher contact

We are hoping to introduce a new system for teacher/parent communications, but this may take a few weeks to source and set up.  In the meantime, you are able to contact your child’s teacher via their class email.  This will be the name of your child’s class followed by @fieldplace.org.uk for example fox@fieldplace.org.uk

Teachers will check their emails regularly and you should hear back within 72 hours.  If you need to talk to a member of staff urgently or if you have information for the teacher that day i.e. a different person picking up, please continue to call the main office on 700234.

Events this week

The Golden Mile

Year one and two will be starting the Golden Mile this week.  The children really enjoy this exercise and like to challenge themselves.

Wellbeing

Now the children have settled, we will be thinking about ‘belonging’ this week.  This will support the children’s wellbeing and help them to re-establish friendships and know what to do if they feel lonely or sad. Please talk to your child about all the places they belong; their family; their school; their faith; their neighbourhood and any clubs they are part of.

Bank staff

Thank you to those parents who emailed Miss Worsfold (secretary@fieldplace.org.uk) to register their interest in joining our bank staff of LSAs. At this stage we will only be able to consider those of you who have a relevant NVQ3/equivalent qualification or above. Miss Worsfold will be in touch via email next week.
