Week beginning 22.6.20
During this period of partial closure Field Place Infant and Nursery School continues to be open for provision for vulnerable pupils and children of key workers. Irrespective of any partial closure or collaboration with another school, the safeguarding of all our children remains our top priority. At this time, our school will continue as normal in supporting our vulnerable children and if anyone has any questions regarding this, they are asked to make contact with Theresa Alford, Headteacher 01903 700234. Please contact the school if you have any queries (office@fieldplace.org.uk)
We have had another great week in school with all the children settling well and enjoying being back with their teachers and friends. We are looking forward to welcoming back our final groups of children tomorrow. This means that we will now have a bubble 9, so please make sure you arrive at school within your five minute window to avoid having the wait around at the gate.
We will be working on organising classes for next year soon and will let you know who your child's new teacher will be on Friday 3rd July. The Government have still not confirmed any guidelines for September so we are not yet able to plan how the school may need to be organised. As soon as we have these guidelines, we will let you know how we intend to move forward towards normality. Teachers have written reports for the children based on their progress prior to lock down. These will be sent to you in the week beginning the 6th July.
Please find attached the learning newsletters for this week.
Kind Regards
Theresa Alford
