Thank you to everyone who came to parents evening over the last two weeks.  We had some very positive feedback about how you feel your children are doing and it was great to be able to talk to you about their progress in school and how you can further support them at home.  A few parents did not manage to keep their appointments and we understand that sometime unexpected things come along.  However, we would like all those parents to make alternative arrangement to see the teacher as this is very important for your child.

Trips and Events

The school would like to have a bank of parents who are able to volunteer to support trips and events at the school.  This could mean supporting at specific events, such as discos, uniform sales and craft opportunities; or supporting a group of children on a school trip.  If you would like to volunteer to support the school in this way, please pop to the office to see either Claire or Elaine.  The school will then arrange for DBS checks to be carried out.  Once we know how many people are able to help, we can begin to arrange events for the new year.
